Job Description

The EHS Coordinator - Multi-Site - Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:

Oversee and coordinate all EHS programs across two local facilities, ensuring compliance with federal, state (MA & NH), and local regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.). Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed. Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, training, and procedures to promote employee engagement and safe work practices. Monitor and report EHS performance metrics, trends, and incidents to leadership; drive continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with chemical handling, storage, and disposal requirements in alignment with regulatory and company standards. Partner with operations and engineering teams on ergonomics, hazard mitigation, and process safety initiatives. Coordinate emergency response planning, drills, and regulatory reporting requirements. Act as a resource for site leadership and employees on EHS best practices, training, and compliance requirements. The Successful Applicant

The ideal EHS Coordinator - Multi-Site - Manufacturing will have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment (chemical, metallurgy, or industrial strongly preferred). Solid knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and MA & NH state/local environmental regulations. Experience overseeing multi-site EHS programs preferred. Strong communication, training, and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization. Certification(s) such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or equivalent a plus. Start-up mentality with a willingness to roll up sleeves, adapt quickly, and be a strong team player. What's on Offer

The successful EHS Coordinator - Multi-Site - Manufacturing will be rewarded with the following:

Base Salary of $90,000-$130,000 depending on experience Bonus of 10% PTO 401K Match Medical, Dental, Vision
