We are currently partnered up with a growing Manufacturing company in their search to add an EHS Manager to the team due to growth. This position will report up in to the COO and will oversee two sites. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience within the Manufacturing industry, have their ASP and/or CSP, ideally be fluent/proficient in French, and can oversee two sites. The EHS Manager - Manufacturing will be responsible for the following: Oversee EHS operations for two manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, procedures, and training in both English and French. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and drive corrective actions. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Act as the main liaison with regulatory agencies, ensuring timely reporting and compliance. Drive initiatives to promote employee engagement in safety and environmental stewardship. Partner with leadership teams at both sites to foster a proactive safety culture. Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management. Support sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations. The ideal EHS Manager - Manufacturing will have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of EHS management experience within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of U.S. OSHA, EPA, and Canadian provincial/federal EHS regulations. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) preferred. Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written) - required. Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple sites and managing cross-functional teams. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel between sites as needed. The successful EHS Manager - Manufacturing will be rewarded with the following: Base Salary of $120,000-$160,000 depending on experience Bonus PTO Relocation Package Medical, Dental, Vision 401K Match
