Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Work closely with the Administrator to develop daily operations of the home Manage performance of staff including coaching, counseling, and recruitment Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, and objectives Maintain client and facility files as per California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 17 standards Oversee daily documentation including resident ID notes and quarterly progress reports Collaborate with various agencies and service providers, such as the Regional Center Determine staffing needs and train new employees Participate in Individual Program Plan and interdisciplinary team meetings Ensure medical and dental evaluations and follow physician’s orders Manage financial costs associated with the home, including supplies and utilities Prepare staff schedules and assign specific duties Perform other related duties as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred Minimum 3 years of experience supervising employees in care for adults with developmental disabilities Minimum 2 years of direct supervision in Special Services for individuals with developmental disabilities Completion of ARF certificate required Direct Support Professional I & II Certificates required Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Certificate required CPR/First Aid certification required Remote Work:
