Position: BCBA Analyst - Apple Valley

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Apple Valley, CA

Salary Range: $87,000 - $92,000 annually

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday

Overview We are seeking a BCBA Analyst to provide ongoing consultation using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, design and maintain Behavior Support Plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support adults with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing consultation using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Design, implement, write, and maintain Behavior Support Plans using ABA principles.

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments as needed.

Regularly review and maintain data collection toward behavior plan goals.

Provide ongoing training and support for direct service professionals, home administrators, program managers, and other professionals.

Attend multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with other professionals on behavior support plans.

Requirements and Qualifications

BCBA Certification (Required)

Master’s degree in a related field preferred

Minimum 3 years of designing and implementing behavior support plans

Experience with adults with developmental disabilities

Knowledge of Regional Center Developmental Centers and ICF/DD; Developmental Disabilities; Mental Health Diagnoses; Enhanced Behavioral Supports

Skills and Abilities

Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment with input from multiple stakeholders

Ability to independently gather information and make decisions

Ability to research topics or areas of specialty

Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Strong communication skills

Essential Functions

Attend meetings, conferences, and conduct trainings in support of staff in behavior support plan implementation

Must have reliable transportation for in-home visitation as required

Potential ongoing supervision for RBT candidates and certificate holders as needed

Review and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness of behavior support plans and make changes as needed

Perform job responsibilities using a combination of in-person and remote service delivery

Education and Experience

Master’s degree in related field preferred, BCBA credential required

Minimum 3 years of designing and implementing behavior support plans

Experience with adults with developmental disabilities

Physical Requirements

The ability to lift 25 pounds regularly

The ability to respond quickly to sounds

The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations

Other Requirements This position requires a valid California ID or Driver’s License. Candidate must pass all pre-employment requirements, including background check and any required physicals. If driving is required, candidate must have valid insurance and vehicle registration. Must be at least 21 years of age to drive for Redwood Family Care Network.
