Description
Job Title : Apprentice Mold Maker
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
Facility location:
Charlestown, NH
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Disassemble, perform maintenance on and reassemble plastic injection molds and other tooling Perform basic milling/grinding/turning operations on a manual/CNC machinery, including set up and programing with limited direction Use measuring equipment to inspect parts with limited direction Perform detailed hand work such as polishing, filing and fitting of intricate components. Utilize proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment to safely move large and heavy tooling Utilize detailed prints, CAD drawings/models and sketches to machine parts Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Education and Experience
HS Diploma or equivalent Ability to perform basic math calculations. Basic Computer Literacy Physical demands and abilities
Able to lift up to 35 pounds. Able to stand for entire shift Regularly performs repetitive tasks. Possesses manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
