Select and develop
best-in-class products
for industrial automation. Evaluate and test new
industrial enclosures and thermal management
technologies. Own the product lifecycle from development to customer support. Collaborate with
suppliers, engineers, and internal teams
to ensure top product quality. Provide
second-tier support
during business hours - no 24/7 calls! Occasional
domestic and international travel
for supplier and industry evaluations. What You Need:
6+ years
(10 preferred) in
industrial automation
or
OEM/manufacturing
of enclosures or thermal management products. Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
(or 10+ years of relevant experience). Hands-on experience with
PLCs, HMIs, sensors, or industrial controls
is a plus. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with
UL, CSA, CE, RoHS, CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), or agency approvals
is a plus.
