Job Title: Material Handler
Job Description
The Material Handler will be responsible for shipping out, receiving, storing, and tracking inventory. The role requires ensuring that all parts are handled in accordance with both company and Federal standards. You will be using a forklift and other material handling equipment to perform tasks such as packaging, palletization, and labeling for shipment, including dangerous goods, international shipments, and handling carrier paperwork and labels. This position also involves performing physical and ERP goods movements.
Responsibilities
Ship out, receive, store, and track inventory.
Ensure parts are handled in accordance with company and Federal standards.
Utilize forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Perform packaging, palletization, and labeling for shipments, including dangerous goods and international shipments.
Handle carrier paperwork and labels.
Conduct physical and ERP goods movements.
Essential Skills
Experience with forklift operation, including counterbalance, stock picker, and/or reach truck.
At least 1 year of experience in a warehousing or distribution environment.
Experience with shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in material handling, inventory management, picking, and packing.
Experience with RF scanners, order picking, pallet jacks, and labeling.
Ability to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, as well as reach trucks.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
