Job Summary: We are seeking a Cisco Collaboration Solution Engineer with deep expertise in Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration technologies. In this role, you will work within our Professional Services Division to design, deploy, and support advanced Cisco UC and Webex Collaboration solutions. You will collaborate closely with our engineering team to deliver high-quality implementations while also contributing to pre-sales design, solution scoping, and customer presentations. Essential Functions – Cisco Collaboration Engineer (Project Delivery & Deployment) Execute end-to-end deployment of Cisco Collaboration and Webex Contact Center solutions, including design validation, configuration, integration, and testing.

Implement Cisco Calling platforms (CUCM, Webex Calling, Hybrid Services) and ensure seamless migration from legacy environments.

Deploy and configure Webex Collaboration applications (Meetings, Messaging, Contact Center) with enterprise integrations.

Install, configure, and optimize Cisco Expressway, VCS, Cisco Meeting Server, and video endpoints.

Configure Session Border Controllers (SBCs), SIP trunking, and secure voice/video services.

Apply best practices for security, compliance, and high availability within collaboration deployments.

Coordinate with project managers, customers, and internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.

Produce and maintain detailed deployment documentation, including configurations, diagrams, and test plans.

Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with customers and internal teams post-deployment.

Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution to ensure successful adoption of collaboration solutions.

Technical Requirements: Cisco Collaboration & Unified Communications Strong expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, IM & Presence, and Webex.

Proven experience with Webex Collaboration Suite (Webex Calling, Messaging, Meetings, and Webex Contact Center).

Familiarity with hybrid calling and hybrid calendar services.

Experience with Cisco Expressway/VCS for remote access, B2B, and mobile/federation deployments.

Hands-on knowledge of Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) including Microsoft Teams interoperability.

Design and deployment of Cisco TelePresence, Room/Board devices, and enterprise video solutions.

Contact Center & Voice Technologies: Experience designing, configuring, and deploying Webex Contact Center and/or UCCX.

Understanding of IVR scripting, call routing strategies, reporting, and integrations with CRM/ERP platforms.

Knowledge of Session Border Controllers (SBCs), SIP trunking, and PSTN integrations.

Networking & Infrastructure: Solid foundation in VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323, RTP, SRTP, QoS, SBC security).

Understanding of LAN/WAN networking fundamentals, firewalls, and VPN technologies as they relate to collaboration.

Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, UCS, Hyperflex).

Security & Compliance: Experience implementing secure collaboration deployments, including encryption, SRTP, TLS, SSO (SAML/ADFS), and compliance requirements.

Knowledge of identity management and federation for Webex and UC solutions.

Tools & Integrations: Familiarity with Cisco Control Hub for Webex management and analytics.

Experience with third-party integrations (Microsoft Teams, Exchange, ServiceNow, CRM).

Exposure to SaaS monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools (e.g., ThousandEyes, Control Hub Analytics).

Certifications: CCNP Collaboration strongly preferred.

CCIE Collaboration a plus.

Additional relevant certifications (e.g., Webex Contact Center Specialist, CCNP Enterprise, VMware VCP) are beneficial.
