Exciting Opportunity: Sr. Network/Systems Engineer (MSSP) in Washington, D.C. (Hybrid/Remote)
Are you a results-oriented engineer with exceptional customer service skills? Our client is in search of a talented individual experienced in MSP and/or MSSP environments, particularly adept at onboarding new clients. If you have hands-on experience with ConnectWise, that’s a definite plus. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading service delivery operations, streamlining workflows, and ensuring a smooth transition for new MSP and MSSP clients.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end client onboarding into the ConnectWise suite, including managing service agreements, SLAs, and ticketing workflows. - Coordinate data migration, asset imports, and client integrations for a seamless experience. - Supervise daily operations for managed IT and security services, tracking SLAs and maintaining service quality. - Administer and optimize ConnectWise modules, liaising with vendors to enhance platform performance. - Train and guide technical teams, collaborating with various departments to meet client needs effectively.
Qualifications Required: - 3+ years in Operations, Service Delivery, or Project Management at an MSP or MSSP. - Hands-on experience with ConnectWise (Manage required; Automate, Sell, and RMM a plus). - Strong understanding of IT service delivery models, cybersecurity services, and compliance standards.
Certifications: - ConnectWise University, ITIL, or CompTIA (Security+, Network+) CCNA. - Familiarity with platforms like SentinelOne, Acronis, Microsoft 365, Datto, and Intermedia.
Core Competencies: - Process-driven with excellent organizational skills. - Outstanding client communication and troubleshooting abilities. - Proficient in leading and coaching technical teams. - Strong documentation and project coordination skills.
