Position Description: This entry-level role is designed for students or early-career professionals who are eager to learn about engineering quality assurance in a hands-on environment. As a QA Intern, you will assist the Quality Assurance team in testing our products, identifying issues, and ensuring that we deliver high-quality solutions. You will gain exposure to QA processes, tools, and methodologies while collaborating closely with engineers and product teams.

Assist in creating and executing manual test cases for new and existing features. Help identify, document, and track bugs or defects in software applications. Support regression testing to ensure stability of applications after updates. Collaborate with QA engineers and developers to verify and reproduce reported issues. Learn and apply QA methodologies, tools, and processes under mentorship. Participate in product reviews and team meetings to understand the software development lifecycle. Assist with basic test automation tasks or scripts as skills develop. Contribute to maintaining test documentation and reports. Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent coursework/bootcamp experience). Basic understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with software development concepts and version control (e.g., GitHub). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn QA tools, processes, and automation frameworks. Preferred: Exposure to automated testing tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress). Preferred: Familiarity with APIs and basic debugging practices. Preferred: Experience with writing simple test cases or scripts (academic or project-based). Preferred: Interest in learning CI/CD pipelines and Test-Driven Development. Attention to detail and analytical mind. Excellent communication skills. Hours and Compensation:

$17.00 per hour, increasing to $19.00 per hour after a successful first 6 months 20-25 hours per week - No set hours other than check-in meetings with your team. You will be responsible for creating your own schedule and communicating that with your supervisor.
