You Are

You are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who supports Project and Program Managers in coordinating resources, meetings, and deliverables to ensure programs remain on schedule. You thrive in environments that require proactive communication, serving as the bridge between clients, leadership, and internal teams.

Responsibilities Works to assist Project Managers and/or Program Managers with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. Prepares and delivers status reports or reviews. Tracks staffing, budget, prioritization, and other personnel matters for the Project/Program Manager. Other responsibilities may include but not limited to communicating between the client and various teams internally, setting times and dates for meetings to keep on schedule, and relaying any issues with timelines or budgets to the Project/Program Manager. Perform routine tasks with some supervision. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. The Team Lawelawe Defense Inc ("LDI") is an SBA Certified 8(a) Native Hawaiian Owned (NHO) SDB. Lawelawe Defense offers an outstanding record of delivery on various projects encompassing: Program and Portfolio Management; Systems Engineering and Architecture; Network Engineering and Operations; Data Center Optimization and Operations; Desktop/Server and Application Virtualization.Here's What You Need

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalency. 2+ years as a Project Control Specialist Proficient in English, written and spoken Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ensures that all meetings attended have accurate records kept which includes but is not limited to meeting minutes, technical documents, briefs, action items, and decisions Must be a U.S. Citizen Public Trust required Additional Qualifications Project+ certification preferred Prior experience supporting in a DoD environment
