Job Duties Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create tailored therapy strategies that facilitate their journey toward functional independence. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Deploy evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care. Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families about therapy practices to encourage continual progress at home. Track Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring patients remain focused on their goals. Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are highly encouraged and supported. Licenses

Valid

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license. Mandatory certification by the

NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy). Core Competencies
