Job Description
Develop and manage preconstruction budgets, schedules, and project plans. Collaborate with clients, architects, and project teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Oversee cost estimation processes and ensure accurate forecasting. Evaluate project risks and provide mitigation strategies. Support value engineering efforts to optimize project outcomes. Lead bid processes, including subcontractor selection and negotiations. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the preconstruction phase. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and company standards. A strong background in construction project planning and estimating. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
