Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a global manufacturing client to find a full time Manufacturing Engineer in the Nashville, TN area.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee engineering projects from start to finish, applying Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, and Kaizen tools
Optimize manufacturing processes, implement new systems, and improve existing equipment
Manage installation and integration of manufacturing equipment and systems
Analyze failures and resolve production or customer field issues
Develop action plans and resource estimates (labor, materials, timelines)
Lead facility layout improvements and workflow optimization
Assist the design team during early-phase product development to ensure manufacturability and smooth transition to production
Support cost reduction initiatives and lead continuous improvement activities
Ensure safety and environmental compliance.
Train staff on process changes and upgrades Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Engineering is required
5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma/FMEA
Proficiency in SolidWorks, MATLAB, LabView, Minitab, AutoCAD Our Client Offers:
Base salary in the 95k-105k range + bonus
