Construction Quality Control and Safety Manager

Overview:

A premier general contracting firm excels in delivering superior-quality projects ranging from new construction to comprehensive renovations, consistently surpassing client expectations. We are currently seeking a seasoned Construction Quality Control and Safety Manager to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety in our construction endeavors. This pivotal role encompasses the management of quality control and safety protocols, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and company policies, and fostering a secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control Responsibilities Oversee quality control programs, including the Three-Phase Inspection Program. Conduct inspections, material/equipment checks, and code compliance reviews. Manage documentation, submittals, and review of as-built drawings and safety plans. Safety Responsibilities

Lead safety programs and ensure OSHA/EM 385 compliance. Conduct site inspections, evaluations, and safety training sessions. Manage accident and incident investigations and implement corrective actions. Oversee subcontractor compliance and act as the primary point of contact for all regulatory issues. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality control and safety management. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality control standards. Proficiency with EM-385, OSHA regulations, and safety standards in the construction industry. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Certification in USACE CQM and safety management (e.g., CQM, CSP, CHST). Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Strong training and motivational skills in quality and safety practices. Proficient in quality control software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across all staff and management levels. Requirements : Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a security clearance.

Compensation : $120,000-$140,000 annually with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, retirement plan with 401(k) match, and professional development support.

Pay Details:

$120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
