This role is a key driver of TAIT’s core technology data eco-system that empowers global operations & decision making, powers Analytics, accelerates innovation and helps deliver exceptional value to investors, customers, employees and partners.
Essential Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain enterprise data models, data flow diagrams, and integration patterns. Design scalable data architectures across cloud (Azure, AWS) and on-prem environments Architect data pipelines and storage solutions using platforms like Azure Data Warehouse, Databricks. Define data integration strategies across ERP, CRM, HCM, and other enterprise platforms. Work with Enterprise Applications, Analytics and DevOps to plan and prioritize data integrations, ingestion, security and quality. Collaborate with DevOps and Enterprise Applications or other applicable teams to ensure seamless data movement. Establish data governance policies, metadata management, and data quality frameworks. Design data flows into AWS/Azure Data Warehouse(s) and associated tools for analytics, ML, and reporting. Enable advanced analytics and AI by designing data structures optimized for machine learning and real-time insights. Partner with AI teams to ensure data readiness for Agentic AI and predictive modeling. Support Power BI, Power Platform, and other visualization tools with curated datasets. Work closely with Enterprise Applications, Architects and business stakeholders. Lead data architecture reviews and contribute to enterprise architecture boards. Minimum Qualifications To perform the essential responsibilities, individuals must have the following level of education and experience, or equivalent combination. Additionally, the following certifications, knowledge, skills, or physical requirements are necessary for the position.
Bachelors in a technology field or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in data architecture or commensurate experience in engineering or enterprise architectural roles Live event and/or services & manufacturing company experience Expertise in Cloud data platforms (Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake) Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT and data integration tools such as Mulesoft Familiarity with Salesforce, ERP and HCM data Experience managing a data governance effort and framework Technically capable and credible Knowledge of the Autodesk suite is a value add #JH-LI1 TAIT is an equal opportunity employer fully committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
