This role is a key driver of TAIT’s core technology eco-system designing and enabling a unified, intelligent, adaptive & sustainable platform, driven by data, that empowers global operations & decision making, enables more seamless Mergers & Acquisitions, accelerates innovation and delivers exceptional value to investors, customers, employees and partners at scale.

Essential Responsibilities:

Define and evolve the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy and digital transformation goals. Establish architectural standards, governance models, and reference architectures. Ensure alignment across business domains, data, applications, and infrastructure. Design end to end solutions across core platforms including Human Capital Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, Professional Services, Estimation, Design and Build, Data and AI/Agentic AI. Lead integration strategies using APIs, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines. Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and vendors to ensure cohesive system design and delivery. Architect intelligent workflows Design data flows into AWS/Azure Data Warehouse(s) and associated tools for analytics, ML, and reporting. Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across global operations. Working with our head of Enterprise Applications/Business Solutions, be a key part of the bridge between business stakeholders and the GTS team Drive architectural reviews, technical assessments and innovation initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications: To perform the essential responsibilities, individuals must have the following level of education and experience, or equivalent combination. Additionally, the following certifications, knowledge, skills, or physical requirements are necessary for the position.

Bachelor in a technology field or equivalent experience 5+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles within medium scale, global environments Live event and/or services & manufacturing company experience Strong understanding of AI/Agentic AI/ML concepts, systems and data engineering Proven experience with Salesforce, ERP, HCM and Warehousing/Analytics TOGAF or similar certifications are a value add Technically capable and credible Knowledge of the Autodesk suite is a value add #JH-LI1 TAIT is an equal opportunity employer fully committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
