Strong understanding of core Supply Chain processes: procurement, inventory, warehousing, demand forecasting, and logistics
Hands-on experience configuring SCM modules in Dynamics 365 F&O
Proven ability to perform fit-gap analysis and map business requirements to D365 capabilities
Experience with end-to-end implementation lifecycles, including testing, training, and go-live support
Knowledge of industry best practices and compliance standards relevant to supply chain
Must-Have Technical Skills:
Proficiency in D365 F&O configuration tools and workflows Familiarity with LCS (Lifecycle Services), RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Tool), and Data Management Framework Experience with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) for reporting and automation Ability to interpret and troubleshoot X++ errors (basic debugging, not development) Understanding of integrations with external systems via OData, Dual Write, or custom APIs. Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Supply Chain Management processes within Dynamics 365 F&O. Gather and document business requirements related to procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and production planning. Configure SCM modules including Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, and Warehouse Management. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design integrated end-to-end supply chain solutions. Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvement or customization. Support data migration, testing (unit, system, UAT), and user training activities. Serve as a subject matter expert during workshops, solution validation, and go-live readiness. Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement guidance related to supply chain operations.
