This opportunity is with a global manufacturer. This role would oversee TA for multiple locations across the US.

Job Description

Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Utilize data-driven approaches to measure the success of recruitment efforts and suggest improvements. Partner with HR and leadership to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Stay up to date on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent. The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Manager should have:

5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition within an industrial/manufacturing environment. People leadership experience. Prior background in recruiting for high-level corporate positions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. An ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A strategic mindset with the ability to align hiring practices with business objectives. What's on Offer
