Job Title: Enterprise Architect (OSS/BSS) Location: US TX Dallas Years of Experience: 10 15 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong background in OSS/BSS within the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to design efficient architectures, evaluate relevant technologies, and collaborate with various stakeholders to align business and technology strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of customer onboarding processes, order fulfillment, billing, and network provisioning. Responsibilities Model and design efficient architectures while evaluating relevant technologies. Analyze existing architectures and provide recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with Frontend Architects, Security Architects, and other stakeholders to develop optimal architecture and design solutions. Design and document new architectures considering scalability, reliability, security, and performance. Identify opportunities for technology enhancements and improvements. Research and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential applications. Work with departmental leads to ensure alignment between business and technology strategies. Engage with multiple business teams, stakeholders, and partners (e.g., Amazon, Target, Walmart, Apple). Utilize enterprise architecture tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Draw.io, Figma) to create and present architectural designs. Mandatory Skills In depth knowledge of Telecom OSS/BSS, including end to end integration. Strong understanding of customer onboarding processes, order fulfillment, billing, payment, supply chain management, and network provisioning. Familiarity with common Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF). Proficient in distributed systems and microservices design patterns. Experience with PCRF, discounting, quotations, refunds, and charging for Telecom customers. AWS Solution Architect certification with knowledge of security, authentication, API Gateway, and serverless architectures. Preferred Skills Experience working with enterprise architecture tools in organizational settings. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders. Experience in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, specifically within the Telecom OSS/BSS domain. Proven track record of successful architecture design and implementation.
