About The Role: As the

Sales Enablement Analyst

at Feastables, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes and driving performance within our top domestic retail partners across grocery, convenience, and mass channels. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team by analyzing sales data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing various projects that drive our business forward. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the CPG industry to help us scale our operations and maximize our market presence.

In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, along with other cross-functional partners, to ensure that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Be Doing:

Manage and optimize sales processes for domestic retail accounts across Grocery, Mass, and Convenience channels, ensuring streamlined operations aligned with Feastables' business objectives Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making and driving revenue growth Assist in the creation of sales presentations, business reviews, and other sales-related materials for key accounts Support business development efforts by collaborating with the sales team on existing customer accounts Oversee and manage multiple sales projects, ensuring that all deadlines are met and deliverables are executed to the highest standard Maintain and organize customer data, preparing weekly reports and insights to enhance customer relationships Coordinate sample needs with distribution center and key accounts Identify gaps and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations Collaborate with marketing, finance, supply chain, and other departments to ensure sales activities are fully supported and integrated with company objectives Work with direct customers on trade management and support across grocery, mass, and convenience channels Partner with retailers including McClain and Cormark Recipe For Success:

2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role, preferably within the CPG industry Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field Strong analytical abilities, with experience in data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms Excellent Excel skills; advanced proficiency strongly preferred Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams A proactive problem-solver with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement solutions Experience working directly with major U.S. retailers or distributors in Grocery, Mass, or Convenience channels, with an understanding of trade processes and sales operations Knowledge of 1WorldSync is required Experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus, with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies Ability and willingness to learn quickly and efficiently, taking on new challenges with enthusiasm A bias toward action, especially within a lean team and fast-paced environment Passion for the creator/social media space

When making compensation decisions, we consider many factors like role level, market data, location, and relevant experience and skills. For this role, we expect the annual base salary to fall between $70,000-$85,000.
