Framework Design
: Architecting engineering frameworks for distributed microservices, state management, schema transformation, error handling, and deployment strategies.
Collaboration
:
With
Solution Architects
to ensure alignment.

Engineers
to guide implementation and improve frameworks.

DevOps & QA
to embed quality, security, and automation in CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on Development
: Taking on complex user stories for direct implementation.
Tech Skills:
Business Domain
Deep understanding of
payment systems
: order management, execution, clearing, and settlement.
Familiarity with
ISO20022
standards and various payment types.
Technical Skills
Java (12+ years)
and
Spring ecosystem (5+ years)
: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring State Machine, etc.
MongoDB
performance tuning.
Messaging platforms
: Kafka or gRPC.
Event-driven architecture
: DDD, CQRS, Hexagonal architecture, Transactional Outbox.
Container orchestration
: Kubernetes (Azure or OpenShift).
CI/CD
: 4+ years in automated pipelines.
Testing
