Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (No Rotating Shifts!)

Division) About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Plant Custodian to join our team. This position is perfect for candidates with hands-on experience who enjoy working in a dynamic, manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our facilities are clean and orderly. The primary purpose of this position is to perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, collecting trash from each department, maintaining facility restrooms, sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces, vacuuming, collecting and compacting cardboard.

What You'll Do
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Maintain conference room. Clean refrigerators, microwaves, toasters, oven, and outside of vending machines. Service, clean, or supply restrooms. Inventory janitorial supplies. Submit janitorial supply order as needed. Gather and empty trash. Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment. Use trash and cardboard compactor, as needed. Sanitize heavily touched surfaces. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Assist with set up, arrange, or remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, to prepare facilities for events, such as banquets or meetings. Assist with the removal of snow from sidewalks using snowplows, snow blowers, or snow shovels, or spread snow-melting chemicals; as needed. Clear debris from grounds. Alert management of property damage. Requirements
Required:
High school diploma/GED and/or relevant work experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work safely with supplies and equipment. We will train for the position. Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years of age or older
