This full-time, permanent opportunity for a Manufacturing Equipment PLC Technician is located in the thriving De Pere, Wisconsin area. The ideal candidate will contribute to the maintenance and operation of complex PLC-driven manufacturing equipment, ensuring machine uptime and reliability which directly impacts the plant's output and efficiency.

Salary:

Up to $62,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and repair a range of paper product making machinery. Operate and troubleshoot AC and DC drives. Program and modify Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). Collaborate with team members to ensure machinery runs efficiently and downtime is minimized. Work a five-day, twelve-hour rotating shift, including some Saturdays as needed, with six days off following every three-week cycle. Minimum Position Qualifications:

An electrical mechanical degree or related field. Experience with electro-mechanical maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Hands-on experience with PLCs and familiarity with their programming and operational challenges. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly to ensure operational effectiveness. Residence within 45 minutes of the workplace in De Pere, Wisconsin. Commitment to a stable work tenure, avoiding frequent job changes. US citizenship or Green Card holder status. Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced knowledge of both AC and DC drive systems. Prior experience in a paper products manufacturing environment or similar industrial settings. Willingness to undertake occasional travel for training or maintenance support. Skills:
