Your Role Create Customized Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's unique requirements to craft tailored therapy strategies that help them attain their rehabilitation goals Implement Therapeutic Approaches: Employ evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and capacity for daily activities Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work in conjunction with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nurses to deliver holistic care Teach Techniques to Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers on therapeutic methods that facilitate continued recovery outside the clinical setting Track Progress and Adjust Approaches: Monitor patient development and refine treatment plans to ensure sustained progress Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a nationally accredited program Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported Required Certifications

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

licensure NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required Essential Skills
