Job Description Cultivate Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design tailored therapy strategies aimed at helping them achieve their personal functional objectives. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based approaches to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living. Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic care. Educate Patients and Families: Inform patients and their families on therapeutic techniques that promote continued progress at home. Monitor and Record Patient Progress: Track clinical outcomes and modify treatments as necessary, ensuring that patients stay aligned with their goals. Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Ongoing continuing education or post-graduate certifications are actively encouraged and supported. Certifications
Current
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
license. NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required. Skills
