JOB TITLE: Recruiter
POSITION SUMMARY: The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions. This role focuses on sourcing top talent, ensuring compliance with credentialing standards, and delivering a seamless candidate experience. The recruiter plays a critical part in supporting workforce needs across healthcare facilities while embodying the organization's values.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manage multiple requisitions with a focus on quality and efficiency Continuously evaluate sourcing and screening strategies for effectiveness Stay current on healthcare recruitment trends and industry best practices Ensure candidates meet all licensure, certification, and background check requirements Lead Innovation: We lead with creativity, agility and think bold in our approach.
Leverage creative sourcing strategies, including social media, networking, and non-traditional platforms Develop and implement recruitment campaigns that target high-demand healthcare roles Utilize data and analytics to improve recruitment strategies and decision-making Adapt quickly to changes in staffing demands and priorities Deepen Connections: We build strong relationships with our patients, their families and partners in the communities we serve.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and internal hiring teams Represent the organization at community job fairs, university events, and professional networks Promote the organization's mission and values to prospective candidates Support a positive onboarding experience that enhances new hire engagement and retention QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education: High School Diploma or higher
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
Required Licensure: None
Specialty Certification: None
Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. At least 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing agency.
SKILLS:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of healthcare roles, licensing, and credentialing requirements WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Office and clinical settings with potential exposure to patient care areas. Flexibility to work extended hours as needed. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. May require occasional travel between facility locations.
