Closing Date: 06/27/2025 We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Coach to work with K-8 students at Allenstown Community School. This role requires an understanding of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and MTSS-B from both the school wide perspective down to individual student behavior intervention plans. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on quantitative and qualitative data. Model positive behavior interventions in classrooms and at unstructured times. Train and support paraprofessionals and case managers that are working with students with behavior plans and goals. Provide professional development to all staff regarding appropriate and productive responses to challenging behaviors. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals and build strong student relationships. Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively for ongoing assessment of behavioral interventions.
