Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) We're currently seeking a
Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you'll work directly under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents regain mobility, strength, and independence. Your hands-on care and encouragement will play a vital role in each resident's recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services as outlined in each resident's plan of care Assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility programs Document progress and communicate changes in condition to the Physical Therapist Help promote a safe, encouraging, and supportive rehab environment Ensure all therapy is delivered in accordance with physician orders and facility guidelines Requirements:
Must be a
Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus A team-first attitude and commitment to resident-centered care What We Offer:
