Description Evaluate patients either in an inpatient or outpatient environment and craft tailored treatment plans Deliver physical therapy interventions focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and functionality Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation professionals to enhance patient outcomes Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge strategies, and home exercises Document evaluations, treatment activities, and progress in line with facility and regulatory protocols Engage in care team meetings and interdisciplinary discussions to ensure cohesive patient care Education

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution Certifications

State licensure as a qualified

Physical Therapist Preferred: CPR certification Specialized certifications in areas such as neurology or geriatrics a plus but not mandatory Skills
