As a Stryker CMF Marketing Associate

,

you will play a key role on the brand marketing team, helping to drive the growth and success of our Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) portfolio. In this role, you will contribute to strategic brand planning, product lifecycle management, and the execution of integrated marketing initiatives that elevate our brand presence and support surgeon and patient outcomes.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, upstream marketing, sales leadership, and clinical teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns, create impactful promotional materials, and support the successful launch and adoption of new products. Your work will directly influence how our innovations are positioned in the marketplace and how we differentiate our offerings in a competitive landscape.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

:

Understand the customer groups, preferred sales methodology, and what resources are available to our commercial teams

Basic understanding of educational program design

Collaborate with key stakeholders: Coordinate across internal cross functional/divisional peers (including Global peers) and/or external vendors/partners

Support sales education courses and programs through the coordination of course scheduling, logistics, and procurement of course materials

Ability to communicate, plan and execute sales training events in partnership with greater sales education team and various vendor partners, as well as manage schedules and expenses for each event.

Developing and maintaining processes to support new hire onboarding

Understand our sales education and business strategy

Basic understanding of our budgeting process

Understand who key stakeholders are and how to communicate with them

Identifies continual improvement for sales education workstream and critical training needs

WHAT YOU NEED:

Required

Bachelor's degree

0+ years of work experience

Preferred

Internship experience related to sales, event planning and/or healthcare

Event planning or coordination experience
