Associate Sales Representative - Greater Boston - Craniomaxillofacial

Overview Join Stryker’s Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) division as an Associate Sales Representative. You will learn from experienced Sales Representatives and Managers, develop clinical and product knowledge, and grow your business with customers and accounts in a healthcare environment. Responsibilities

Work closely with experienced Sales Representatives and Managers to build knowledge and selling skills; receive coaching to grow the business. Receive training and prepare independently to perform in operating rooms alongside surgeons and healthcare professionals. Represent Stryker as a leader in the industry and marketplace. Identify and promote solutions and sell products that impact patient outcomes. Collaborate with the team to build your business one customer and account at a time; identify and prospect new customers and maintain existing ones. Assist Sales Representatives in determining resources needed to achieve sales objectives and execute plans (educational programs, product development initiatives, sales strategies). Foster a culture that makes CMF a destination for top performers and supports career growth. What you need

1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree required. Comfort with adapting to new technology and business advancements. Must be comfortable in emergency and operating room environments. Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services (marketing strategy, product demonstrations, sales techniques, sales control systems). Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt as days change quickly. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships in a sales capacity. Prepared to spend up to 90% of time in the field with customers and sales professionals (including some weekends and overnight travel). Highly organized with strong scheduling and time-management skills. Must have access to a personal car to transport product inventory and travel to support customers. Learn from setbacks and develop tactics to minimize recurrence. Our Values

Base/Draw + commission: $70,000-$80,000 with potential for commissions/bonuses plus benefits. Health benefits include medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, and more.
