HR Specialist
to support core human resources functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, or daily HR operations. This role will play a key part in maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR processes align with business goals. You will also serve as a liaison with staffing agencies to manage fluctuating workforce needs. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including coordination with staffing agencies. Ensure HR activities comply with labor laws, internal policies, and industry standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, benefits files, and payroll documents. Support onboarding, training, and continuous employee development initiatives. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters. Assist in managing performance reviews, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures. Handle HR administrative duties, including documentation, compliance reports, and data audits. Build and maintain partnerships with staffing agencies to support operational hiring needs. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce. Proven experience working with staffing agencies or temporary labor providers. Strong understanding of labor law, HR policies, and employee benefits. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
