Were seeking a full-time Night Audit Front Desk Agent. Schedule will range from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM or 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Weekend availability is required for consideration. Responsibilities
Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks Reconcile accounts Balance the cash drawer and log receipts Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts Keep accurate financial records and ledgers Help prepare for forecasts and audits Complete other duties at the discretion of management Qualifications
Previous Hotel Front Desk Experience Required Refined verbal and written communication skills Advanced math and bookkeeping skills Ability to perform computer-based tasks such as data entry, accounting, word processing, invoicing and billing Time management and multitasking skills Ability to solve problems and diffuse tense situations Ability to stand for long periods of time Able to work on weekends Benefits
