Reporting to the Senior Workforce Planning Manager, the Data & Systems Manager will actively support the design, implementation, and optimization of the workforce management systems used in the delivery of major events. The successful candidate will bring deep technical experience in Microsoft tools and strong analytical capabilities to ensure accurate data flows, robust reporting, and system reliability. This role plays a key part in managing end-to-end workforce data operations, with a focus on workforce planning. The candidate will ensure the integration between recruitment systems and HR platforms, supporting accurate forecasting, onboarding, scheduling, and real-time workforce insights throughout the event lifecycle. Responsibilities

Support the Workforce leadership in translating functional requirements into system configurations and technical workflows, ensuring smooth integration and synchronization between multiple systems (e.g. Recruitment, HR and Workforce Operations). Define and maintain workforce data models, reports, and dashboards to support daily operations and leadership visibility of key workforce metrics. Own the development of reports and visualizations in Power BI and maintain and administer workforce-related SharePoint lists, forms, and workflows. Support the use and optimization of Excel-based planning tools (advanced formulas, dynamic dashboards, data validation). Develop and maintain documentation for users and internal teams on system processes, data flows, and reporting logic. Provide hands-on system training and user support for staff and functional areas using workforce platforms. Troubleshoot data/system issues and lead resolution efforts with internal or external technical partners. Propose process improvements and automation opportunities using Power Apps, SharePoint, or integrated tools. Qualifications & Skills

Education & Qualifications Desired - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related field. Higher Education qualification in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management or related discipline is highly desired. Work Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in systems/data management, project coordination, or operations support. Strong understanding of system integrations, data mapping, and process automation. Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to liaise between technical and operational teams. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Experience working in large-scale events (sports, festivals, conventions, etc.) is highly desirable. Strong team player, adaptable to working under tight timelines, and ready to step in wherever needed to drive success, with a commitment to delivering results without compromising quality. Languages Fluent in English (written and spoken). Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus. Technology Proficient In the Microsoft 365 Ecosystem, Including: Power BI (required) - Strong skills in generating reports and creating visualizations Excel – Advanced (required) Expertise in developing and utilizing Excel formulas and macros for data management and analysis SharePoint Lists / Workflows (preferred) Power Apps / Power Automate (preferred) About FWC2026
