12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 36 hours per week Weekend Rotation:
Every other weekend Holiday Coverage:
75% of holidays during contract Guaranteed Hours:
36 per week Estimated Weekly Salary:

Free on-site parking Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state (required) Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications Proficiency with Epic EMR Strong clinical skills in Med/Tele: stroke care, NIH stroke assessments, chest tube management, PIV starts, trach care, cardiac rhythm interpretation, NGT placement, drain/tube management (Dobhoff, PEG tubes, Hemovac, JP drains, flexiseals, foley insertion/management), PCA pumps Experience with medication gtt management (cardiac drips, heparin, blood products, IV fluids) Ability to float within the Central Division region (Cabarrus, University City, Stanly, Lake Norman) Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to patient-centered care Travel Nurse Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with diagnoses including stroke, COPD, chest pain, altered mental status, and GI bleed Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5 Perform and document NIH stroke assessments Manage cardiac drips, blood products, and IV fluids Provide trach care, chest tube management, and tube/drain management Collaborate with CNAs, charge nurses, hospitalists, and multidisciplinary support staff Float to other healthcare facilities within the region as needed Participate in departmental orientation and ongoing clinical training
