Channel Operations Pharm Team
The Channel Operations Pharm team provides excellent supply chain customer relationship management support to Pharmaceutical Wholesalers and Specialty Distributors while working with internal commercial and logistics partners to ensure positive outcomes for our customers and patients. In this role, you will lead the overall logistics relationship with targeted customers and develop, implement, and monitor supply chain/operational efficiency initiatives. You will work in a team environment where we will optimize the end-to-end customer experience! We will support customer relationships, and build/implement mutually beneficial business policies, procedures, and services. You will serve as the supply chain point of contact and advocate for focused customers and support the flow of data and information amongst team members. Crucial Duties and Responsibilities: Excel Reporting and Analytics (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) General Communications (Distributing Reports, Leading Meetings) Data Analytics/Visualizations (PowerBI) Weekly Pharm Report Publication accumulation of multiple data sources to report distributor supply chain We are Responsible for supporting Channel Operations team with Key Performance Area reporting and Ad Hoc tasks. Requests: Ad Hoc Reporting to support key business partners (Trade Relations, Demand Planning) Local Credo Team support and activities Job Requirements Crucial knowledge and skills: Proficient in Excel Strong Interpersonal Skills Data Analytics/Visualization experience preferred Knowledge of Supply Chain Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred Proven Leadership preferred Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
$23.00/hr to $51.50/hr The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension).
