We are seeking an experienced
Metallurgical Supervisor
to join our team. This role is critical in driving safety, quality, and process improvements across our melt shop and beam mill operations. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with strong metallurgical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Champion a culture of
safety awareness , accountability, and teamwork. Lead and develop a metallurgical team focused on process improvements and problem solving. Coordinate efforts to improve
safety, quality, yield, and costs
in melt and cast operations. Manage projects, budgets, and improvement initiatives, both locally and across the division. Oversee clean steel initiatives across
EAF, LMF, VTD, and casting
operations. Support
new product development
and coordinate technical trials with cross-functional teams. Partner with customer service teams to provide
technical expertise
and ensure product satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications
B.S. degree
in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related engineering field. 5+ years
of steel metallurgy experience. Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience in
melting, casting, and long product rolling . Demonstrated success in
process improvements and problem solving . Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing effective teams. Why Join Us
