Basic Job Functions:
The Metallurgical Engineers role includes, but is not limited to, developing practices to improve safety, quality, efficiency, yield, productivity, and costs. Develop and optimize process and product development, lead quality improvement efforts, utilize statistical tools to direct continuous improvement activities, work closely with operation and provide training to operating personnel, and provide metallurgical assistance to technical service representatives and customers.

Minimum Qualifications:
BS degree in Metallurgy, Material Science Engineering, or similar technical field
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in melting, long products casting and rolling.
