IT Talent Acquisition Specialist Phoenix, AZ | On Site | Contract-Hire | $82,000 $87,000 annual MOHR Talent is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter on behalf of our client in Phoenix, AZ. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for technology positions, partnering with business leaders to identify, attract, and secure top IT talent. The ideal candidate is a high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment, has a proven ability to handle complex IT requisitions simultaneously, and brings both strong execution and interpersonal style to the team. Key Responsibilities
Partner with technology leaders and HR business partners to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT roles, including software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and systems support. Manage the interview process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience. Provide market intelligence on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity in the financial services sector. Maintain accurate candidate records and progress updates within the ATS. Build and maintain pipelines of IT professionals to meet current and future hiring needs. Represent the clients culture and values through all candidate interactions. Qualifications
3+ years of demonstrated success recruiting IT professionals in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Prior experience within financial services or wealth management technology recruiting is strongly preferred. Solid understanding of technical skill sets across development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data. Proven ability to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience while managing multiple requisitions. Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting tools.
