We are looking for an
Assembly Technician (Aerospace, Robotics, Automation)
to join the team! This is a
full-time, direct hire
position in
Westerville, OH .

Responsibilities:
Assemble components and equipment based on blueprints and schematics.
Use tools and machinery to fabricate, install, or modify parts.
Perform welding, grinding, and machining as needed.
Test and calibrate equipment to meet quality and safety standards.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs.
Conduct inspections and quality checks.
Document work, parts used, and technical notes.
We’re looking for Machine Assembly Technicians to help bring cutting-edge automation systems to life. You’ll work hands-on with mechanical systems—assembling, installing, testing, and fine-tuning equipment built to the highest international standards. While you'll report locally to the Site Manager, you'll also collaborate with a seasoned Quality Management team, based abroad.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
A minimum of 1 year of lead role experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is required.
Strong skills in hand tools, power tools, and machine shop equipment is required.
Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics is required.
Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting ability is required.
Electrical/wiring experience a plus.
Prior experience in maintenance, military, or service technician roles is welcome!
