Position Title: Assembly Technician

Shift: First (8 Hours)
Hours: 8 am - 4 pm
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electronic components.
- Plumbing, valve attachments, motors assemble, spraying nozzles and electronic assembly - Perform quality checks on finished assemblies to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently. - Identify and report any defects or discrepancies in materials or processes to supervisors. - Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards. - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve assembly issues. - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on assembly equipment. - Document assembly processes and any modifications made during production. - Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during assembly operations. - Assist in training new assembly technicians as needed.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred - Proven experience as an assembly technician or similar role - Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and schematics - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills - Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively - Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards - Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail - Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical components - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed - Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods - Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment
