99-bed skilled nursing facility in Anaheim Hills
is seeking a dedicated and experienced
Director of Nursing (DON)
to lead and manage all aspects of clinical operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven background in skilled nursing, compliance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Provide leadership and support to nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of resident care. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes. Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to meet organizational goals. Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations for the nursing department. Serve as a role model for clinical excellence and compassionate care. Qualifications:
Active California RN license (Required). Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant DON in a skilled nursing setting. Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations (Title 22, OBRA, etc.). Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with survey preparation and successful survey outcomes is a plus. What We Offer:
