We're looking for a sharp, driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to own outbound and inbound lead generation for Truffle Consulting. You'll be prospecting, curating targeted outreach, and working closely with AEs, marketing, and sales leadership to drive pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities •
Outbound Lead Generation:
Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate high-quality leads. Personalize messaging based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and target industries to drive engagement. Leverage outbound tools like Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, and LinkedIn automation to maximize reach and efficiency. Continuously refine and test outreach strategies (A/B testing subject lines, messaging, and engagement tactics) for better conversion rates. Build and manage a structured outreach cadence, ensuring timely follow-ups and multi-channel engagement. Identify and engage key decision-makers across target accounts to drive meaningful conversations. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and lead handoff strategies. Monitor and analyze outreach performance, adjusting tactics to optimize response rates and conversion. Inbound Lead Management: Work with the Marketing Manager and VP of Sales to engage and qualify inbound leads. Work with the Marketing Manager and VP of Sales to execute inbound lead generation strategies. Own and optimize the inbound lead funnel, ensuring strong conversion to sales-qualified leads. Plan and execute lead generation events and seminars to attract key prospects. Identify and invite high-potential leads from our ICP and industry research. Take full ownership of invitee management, outreach campaigns, and event coordination. Work with internal teams to ensure event success and follow-up with attendees. Ensure smooth hand-offs between marketing and sales teams. Account & Contact Research: Consistently refine and update our
ICP
to ensure we're targeting the right people. Identify and prioritize high-value prospects for outreach. CRM & Data Management: Keep
Salesforce CRM
updated with lead details, outreach status, and any key changes. Maintain clear records of all prospecting activities and communication. Collaboration & Communication: Engage with
Salesforce AEs and Partner Managers
to align on mutual opportunities. Work closely with internal teams to optimize outbound strategies. Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience Prior experience in
a Salesforce partner company
is a must. Proven track record in
outbound sales, prospecting, or BDR roles. Technical Skills: Proficiency in
Salesforce CRM, Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, LinkedIn. Familiarity with
Azure, MS Teams, Slack
is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong
interpersonal skills
and fluent
English communication. Ability to craft compelling
outreach emails and sequences. Logistics: Requires to work in EST Timezone. Reliable
WiFi (50 Mbps+)
and
power backup
if working remotely. Occasional
in-office presence required (confirmed during the interview).
