Our client, a leader in manufacturing and product development, is seeking a Development Process Engineer to join their team. As a Development Process Engineer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Support Department supporting Engineering and Production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $50/ hr
What's the Job?
Provide technical support to manufacturing and product development teams to ensure efficient operations within the production area. Monitor and improve equipment, machines, and tools to optimize product quality and yield. Collaborate with Quality and R&D teams to integrate new products and processes into manufacturing. Lead and participate in technical activities aimed at developing new or improved products and processes. Analyze complex problems using engineering principles and develop innovative solutions to meet strategic goals. What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree with 2-5+ years of related experience or equivalent education and work background. Basic technical knowledge of engineering concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to analyze problems and apply professional concepts to develop solutions. Understanding of business policies, customer needs, and emerging technology trends. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor team members. What's in it for me?
