Our client, a global leader in high-tech manufacturing, is undergoing a strategic transformation of its digital supply chain ecosystem. As part of this initiative, we are seeking a highly skilled
Kinaxis RapidResponse Engineer
to drive the
configuration, modeling, and deployment
of RapidResponse planning solutions across the enterprise.
This role is instrumental in building scalable, agile, and business-aligned supply chain capabilities that support the client's global operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert in RapidResponse who brings both technical depth and a refined understanding of complex supply chain environments. Key Responsibilities: Design and configure advanced supply chain planning models
in Kinaxis RapidResponse, with a focus on demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
Build and maintain
functional system components
such as logic tables, worksheets, dashboards, and alerts tailored to the client's operational needs.
Translate business requirements into
scalable and sustainable system configurations , ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide planning strategies.
Collaborate with supply chain planners, business analysts, and IT partners to deliver efficient, fit-for-purpose planning solutions.
Support
scenario modeling and what-if simulations
to improve planning agility and decision-making.
Integrate RapidResponse with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, MES, data lakes), ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and performance.
Lead solution validation activities including
unit testing, integration testing, and UAT , with meticulous attention to quality and documentation.
Contribute to internal knowledge transfer, governance processes, and system best practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
8-12+ years of total IT or supply chain systems experience, including
3+ years of hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration and development.
Strong background in
manufacturing supply chain planning processes , ideally within complex, global environments.
Experience building and optimizing
planning models, data structures, and logic components
in RapidResponse.
Proficiency in
data integration and transformation tools
such as ETL and SQL.
Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Kinaxis certification(s) (Contributor, Author, Administrator) strongly preferred.
Experience working with
SAP ECC or S/4HANA
in a supply chain context.
Background in
high-tech manufacturing or semiconductor industry
preferred.
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and data architecture (e.g., data lakes, analytics platforms).
Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or similar iterative development environments.
