Job Title:
Kinaxis Planning Solution Architect

Minimum Qualifications:
Kinaxis Certifications (Preferred):
Contributor Level 1
– Solid understanding of Kinaxis RapidResponse (RR) functionality. Author Level 1 & 2
– Proven expertise in authoring workbooks, worksheets, and advanced configurations. Admin Level 1
– Familiarity with administrative processes and system setup. Integration Level 1
– Experience with data modeling and system integrations. Analytics Level 1
– Ability to configure control tables and develop advanced analytics.
Project Implementation Experience:
Hands-on experience implementing Kinaxis RapidResponse in real-world scenarios. Minimum of
2–3 full-cycle Kinaxis implementations , with emphasis on supply planning, demand planning, and inventory management. At least
3 years in a techno-functional role , with strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Deep technical expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration and solution design. Strong background in supply chain domains such as
demand planning ,
inventory optimization , and
capacity planning . Proven ability to design and implement Kinaxis solutions at an enterprise scale. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements through data-driven insights. Strong technical skills in
data modeling ,
integration , and
system optimization . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design:
Lead the design and configuration of Kinaxis RapidResponse to support supply chain planning objectives. Integration & Data Modeling:
Develop and implement integration strategies between Kinaxis and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM). Business Collaboration & Requirements Gathering:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Kinaxis solutions. User Enablement & Training:
Provide functional and technical guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Kinaxis. Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements using Kinaxis analytics. Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with planning, operations, IT, and other teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
