JOB TITLE:

Story Team Intern ( Part-Time)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Photo Team Leadership & Development

Assist the Creative Lead in managing the photo team's workflow to ensure volunteers are promptly vetted and scheduled for onboarding meetings, training, etc. Help onboard and train new photo team members, equipping them with the tools and cultivating meaningful relationships with volunteer team members Assist in building and maintaining the photo team schedule for TCC, TSC, and TCY services and events.

Media & Content Creation

Collaborate with the Creative Lead to manage organizational social media accounts by creating and posting weekly recap content for TCC, TSC, and TCY Support in reviewing, selecting, editing, and organizing photos from weekly services (TCC, TSC, and TCY) to highlight key moments and maintain a strong visual identity. Assist in reviewing and gathering video footage to develop reels and other short-form content.

Photoshoot & Production Support

Come alongside the Creative Lead in pre-production, production, and post-production, contributing ideas during planning and on set while bringing a creative perspective. Coordinate shoot logistics including call sheets, schedules, props, and studio/location arrangements (shoots are included but limited to: special events, kickoffs, merch drops, etc.) Act as a liaison between crew, talent, location managers, and others to ensure effective communication.

OTHER DUTIES:

All staff members are expected to model flexibility and a willingness to take part in church activities and initiatives that may be outside of their normal day-to-day responsibilities and to model servant leadership in their position at all times.

SUMMARY:

The Story Team Intern partners with volunteers and the Creative Leads to capture and share the stories of our church through photos, video, and social media. This role also helps organize shoots, train team members, and foster a collaborative, creative environment.

The successful candidate will have a healthy, vibrant walk with God, will already be actively involved in the leadership of the church, and will be committed to being in an authentic gospel community. Their lifestyle will be marked by being a servant leader, generous with their money, time and giftings, joy and love for spending time with the Lord.
