In this fast-paced role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to recruit top attorney talent while also supporting the hiring of key non-attorney positions. You will play a critical role in ensuring our firm attracts, hires, and retains the best legal and professional talent, helping us continue to grow our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for attorney positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Support recruiting efforts for select non-attorney roles as needed. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for legal and professional staff positions. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, law school portals, professional organizations, and other channels. Proactively source attorney candidates through various methods, including direct outreach, networking, social media, referrals, job fairs, and law school events. Conduct interviews using a variety of reliable recruiting and selection methods to efficiently identify top candidates within established timelines (SLAs). Assess applicants' legal knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide hiring managers with regular updates and well-documented recruiting reports. Build and maintain a strong attorney talent pipeline for current and future needs. Stay informed of market trends, best practices, and innovative strategies in attorney recruiting. Support employer branding efforts to enhance Zinda Law Group's visibility and attractiveness to top legal talent. Other duties as assigned to help drive the firm's vision, fulfill our mission, and align with our values. Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter; legal recruiting experience strongly preferred but not required. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, behavioral, panel interviews, etc.). Hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, and selection processes. Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to work within structured processes and systems. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders. Confident decision-making skills and a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience. Passion for legal recruiting and a desire to help build a high-performing, mission-driven team.
