Job Title: Workday Payroll Consultant
Job Details: Our client is seeking a Workday-certified consultant to provide expert guidance and hands-on support for planning and implementing a semi-monthly pay period configuration for 2027. The engagement will focus on readiness and implementation approach planning, beginning with design and continuing through full implementation.
The consultant will: Advise on the strategic and operational impacts of switching to a semi-monthly pay period. Share best practices and lessons learned from similar Workday implementations. Identify and mitigate potential pitfalls. Collaborate with the client's internal team to ensure smooth configuration, testing, and go-live in Workday. Advice on what support would be needed to be successful Must Have Requirements:
Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Benefits certification(s). Proven experience consulting on semi monthly pay period configurations. Strong knowledge of design-to-implementation payroll processes in Workday. Preferences:
Experience with large enterprise environments. Prior client-facing consulting experience. Ability to provide case studies or references from similar projects. Company Size:
